RTV 2 K Silicones

2 component silicones vulcanizing in room temperature, enable the production of moulds for wood imitation polyurethane systems.
 

Mold Release Agents

Both water or solvent based release agents enabling safge and easy demoulding of polyurethane articles produced with rigid, semi-rigid, flexible, RIM and integral processing methods.

Alkyde Resins

They are resins obtained by the combination of polyester and oil-specific groups. The fatty acids add the characteristics and flexibility of the alkyd. They are mainly used in printing inks, decorative paints and varnishes for wood materials, metal decorative paints and industrial paints and varnishes dried with air in ovens.
 
 
Acrylic Resins

Aliphatic isocyanates (solid content of 75%)
These isocyanates have solid content of 75 % and NCO value of 16.0-16.6.
They are used with hydroxyl functional acrylic resins. It is also used as isocyanate in single and double component prepolymers of different polyurethane resin systems.

Auxiliary Materials

Glass spheres: The thermoplastic, cold, and dual-component MMA road markers are transparent and spherical glass particles that spill over onto the paintwork and reflect the light and provide better night vision to the driver. There are also uncoated, silicone and silane coated versions available.
 
Di Benzoyl Peroxide: It is used as a hardener by two component MMA road marking paints.
